System Monitoring
Once you have a security system installed it is important to ensure the system is kept up to date and that each component is working as intended.
A hotel or large business may have dedicated staff that monitor day to day activities and address any issues that may arise. Cameras that are offline, sensors that need batteries, backup systems, network issues can happen at any time. It is important that these issues are resolved quickly to keep your alarm or CCTV camera system running as intended.
Home owners and small business operators may not have the time or staff to do such monitoring.

We offer clients a package that includes the ability for us to monitor your system and keep you informed of any issues that may arise.
Manufacturers often release software improvements that can be implemented remotely. However most firmware updates require manual installation. We can schedule these updates and take backups to ensure they are installed correctly.
Many of our clients have wireless components. These components require batteries. While batteries can last for years they rarely fail all at the same time. Our online apps will show when batteries are getting low well in advance of a sensor going offline. If no one is checking this you may not know until it needs replacement.
Internet failures, power surges and electrical outages can cause damage to electrical components of any system. This is especially true in green season due to rain and thunderstorms. It can also occur during peak vacation time when the electrical grid is maxed out, or fires or wind take out power lines.
When the grid systems come back online it is important to verify your security system is back online as well and operating without issue.
Our monitoring system will inform us of any failures so we can notify you or the property manager and arrange to get things working quickly, either online or by arranging a site visit by one of our technicians.
Most properties are somewhat unique based on location, alarm or camera system installed, number of components, residential or commercial. Our monitoring packages are customized for each client based on a monthly rate paid semi annually or for a full year.
