In addition to the standard contact info, such as Name, Address, City, Phone, Email, our forms help you track categories of attendees by utilizing demographic questions and responses.
As an example, for TITLE, we setup the form so the registrants selects from Owner, Manager, Staff, etc. For TYPE OF BUSINESS they choose from Retailer, Distributor, Manufacturer, End User etc. All fields can be customized to suit your event focus.
Our system then tracks each registrants responses and stores this in the database. You can then run reports that show how many delegates there are in each response category, or you can export lists of registrants based on specific items ie a List of registered Managers or Retailers or a List of Attending Buyers.
