Battery Replacements
Most professionally installed home alarm systems rely on a backup battery whenever the power goes off. Without it, your home is vulnerable whenever the power goes off. Canconnect can replace your backup battery whenever it becomes unreliable or fails. If you prefer, we also sell replacement batteries you can install yourself.
Wireless devices such as motion detectors and window contacts require battery replacements every few years depending on location. Our Paradox Alarm Systems notify you whenever the batteries are low and require replacement, or we can replace all of them at once so you never have to worry about a battery failure while you are away from home.
System upgrades
Paradox issues new firmware (software upgrades) for their equipment to keep the systems up to date. For most of our clients who have their systems online can apply these upgrades remotely as they are released or we can schedule a service call to update the firmware.
As Paradox alarm systems are scalable, we can also add new equipment or replace older components whenever you need to.
